Monthly Rentals in Bayshore

The home was perfect for our trip to Wilmington. We were in town for a golf tournament, and the home was less than 10 minutes from the course (PNCC). Plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area, including a Harris Teeter with Fuel Center. Bill was proactive with communications and always responsive when we communicated through app messaging. We especially enjoyed the patio which was easy access off the kitchen for grilling out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals, and the HVAC kept the entire home comfortably cool during our entire stay. It was an overall wonderful stay, and we would stay here again without hesitation. Very convenient to anything in the Porters Neck area.

Cute & cozy studio with a very nice bathroom. My partner & I stayed during the Thanksgiving holiday, so the place was perfect for what we needed. Matt was very responsive & did allow for us to check in earlier than the standard check in time. He also gave detailed instructions (including visuals) - despite that the place is a bit difficult to find at night (but peaceful neighborhood). Look forward to future trips to NC!

We have stayed at Jasmyn’s multiple times because we have dogs and it accommodates our family. The place is always clean, she has everything we need if we forget something and Nugget and Zoey enjoy running in the backyard 🐾. It’s a super cute home away from home when we visit our daughter at college. I am sure we’ll be back again! Thanks for being a great host!! 🥰

Beautiful little oasis with everything you could ever need! Kendra and Travis have thought of everything and were so accommodating and responsive to our needs and questions. The airstream is a dream come true! A little blast from the past with a touch of modern times. The airstream is very cozy and settled into a perfectly private little area. It was perfect and we very much enjoyed our stay! We will be back😊
