We had a lovely stay at Sebastien and Maryse's house! We were greeted with a smile:) The house is clean and very well-equipped. We were with our 16 month old baby and the hosts provided us with everything we needed (high chair, crib, small bathtub, slide). The enclosed garden at the back of the house is very nice. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the beach (within walking distance). We recommend! Thank you for the culinary specialties offered upon arrival:)

The listing description was as we expected, all the amenities were present and functional. the most: step-free house and fully fenced.. easy for children and the elderly and the dog:) Nearby: bakery, market, children's play area and at the edge of a small arm of the sea! It was perfect for our big weekend. Recommended!

Great week-long stay in the heart of the Poitevin marsh. The accommodation is very popular and very quiet. Marie-josephe is a very welcoming person. The accommodation is well equipped. The view of the swamp from the terrace allowed us to oberver the local wildlife. In short, we recommend +++

Very nice and well equipped house. The beds were made when we arrived and the bath towels were waiting for us in the bathroom. Very well equipped kitchen. Very quiet environment. Very responsive and charming host. Ideal for a stay with friends or family.

Very pleasant stay in a comfortable accommodation

We had 4 days just wonderful, this apartment is a real gem! The sea view from the terrace to the 4 corners of the accommodation and even the shower is just stunning! Total change of scenery guaranteed, we will come back without hesitation! In addition, Alain is very responsive if needed. Everything was perfect!

The host provides specific instructions in advance and is very friendly. The space was clean and consistent with the photos/description. Good plan for people not staying directly in Puy du Fou. Very good bakery 90 meters away. Very positive experience.

Thanks again to Vincent for hosting us and for his kindness. We had a very good Puy du Fou wk, which is 15 minutes by car and city center (restaurant, bar...) 5 minutes walk.. We recommend +++. Impeccable accommodation, just what you need and private parking space. Don't hesitate, I recommend it. I would go back without hesitation.

Very nice apartment, and above all extremely clean, it smells good when you arrive. Plenty of parking around the apartment. Just over 5 minutes from Fontenay-le-Comte circuit, this is perfect for getting there.

I find the accommodation better than in the photos. we were able to park right in front . located next to a very convenient super market. Alexandre is very responsive and flexible with schedules. I recommend this rental.

A comfortable and nicely decorated apartment in a very quiet and green private residence. Noëlla was very friendly and gave us good addresses in the area. So it's a good starting point to discover the Poitevin marsh.
