Monthly Rentals in Beach of La Concha

We spent 48 days in the apartment and we were very comfortable, the location is unbeatable, half a block from the old case, 1 block from the square and a few more meters from the beach. Appropriately equipped and the heating worked perfectly (and was necessary) throughout our stay. Recommended

The apartment was in excellent condition, had plenty of room, and everything we needed for an extended stay. Great location 2 blocks from the beach with a really great coffee shop (Gogoan) right below the building. There is a big supermarket at the corner. If you have a car, Telpark has a really good garage with long-term rates right around the block. Atlantic Realty was very supportive at every turn. Whatever questions or issues we had were dealt with immediately and professionally. And they have a very nice office right up the street.

Excellent apartment in which they take care of the details. Unbeatable location next to the Concha. To improve: They ask to visit external websites to give the data and install an app to open the lock upon arrival, which also did not work well.

A stylish apartment in the centre of San Sebastián. Live your best life: pop to the beach in the morning, stroll to a pintxo bar for lunch, or hop on a bus out of town. This place is right in the middle of everything! The apartment has been really well cared for and arranged and the owner is so responsive and helpful. One tip: it is right in the centre so bring ear plugs if you are a very light sleeper.
