Great location on the quiet end of Balboa Island. 4 houses from the beach, 2 blocks from the ferry. Great outdoor front deck, perfect to hang out and have meals on nice days. Kayaks and bikes available for your use! Downstairs unit of duplex was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Kitchen well supplied with everything you need. Owner very responsive to questions and needs. This is a great place, I can't wait to go back.

Balboa Island is a wonderful vacation getaway with an island resort feel. Easily walkable, and with plenty of sand and sunshine, you can't go wrong for a weekend (or two) getaway to this quaint and colorful peninsula located at the end of Newport Beach. Bill and Cynthia's three-room roomette is perfect for the couple or person wishing to live it up while not breaking the bank. The room is very cozy and comfortable, with good Air conditioning and ventilation from the windows as well. For those who want to share in the island life, there are few better places than the small room made available by this wonderful couple in their historic house.

This is a jewel box of a cabin/speakeasy! Quiet street, charmingly appointed, well cared for, and excellent amenities. Very comfortable!
