Ground floor: living room, kitchen and shower room/separate toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Pleasant terrace, enclosed garden, garden shed and private parking. Access to shops 1.5 km by road or bike path.

Small independent house of 35 m2 open to living and resting space, equipped kitchen at the back of the room, separate toilet and shower. Gite adjoining a typical longhouse of the region. Quiet, located close to the city center (2mn walk) and all these amenities. Ideal couple, including with baby, accessible to people with disabilities, except electric chair. The pavilion, independent of my house, overlooks the Loire. It's great for a couple's getaway. It is ideal as a base for exploring the roads and paths of the Loire, to visit the countless known castles or lesser-known residences that line it. You will never forget the sunrises over the Loire in the early morning in one of the most beautiful villages of the wild Loire (halfway between Angers and Saumur). It is now equipped with mosquito nets... Welcome!

Loft, atypical hangar

This accommodation is an old 600 m2 shed with its offices. It has a unique style!! We've turned a part into a loft for our blended family. It is now with pleasure that we have created a space dedicated to guests, Little Loft in the old offices, a place to meet two to spend a relaxing moment with its balneo bathtub and soothing decoration. As well as a small outdoor area for coffee in the morning.
