Had a great visit! The check-in directions were very clear, which made my installation simple and enjoyable. The apartment is sublime, modern, and impeccably clean. The location is ideal, close to everything, and despite that, the place is perfectly quiet, without any traffic noise. I felt very welcome and would definitely recommend.

Very cocooning accommodation, ideal for a couple. Very nice bathroom. Everything is spotless and it's extremely pleasant! Only small downside, the width of the table to eat for two. But that's okay!

The accommodation booked for several students was unanimous among young people and their parents. The accommodation is well thought out, the kitchen is well equipped, the toilets are separate from the bathroom (convenient to prepare in the morning) and the bedrooms all offer beautiful volumes.

A functional apartment, ideally located in a quiet and relaxing setting. Easily accessible on foot from Orleans train station and close to the historic old town and also to the banks of the Loire at the end of the street. Fabrice is a proactive host, whose instructions are clear and accurate. The apartment is tidy and clean and everything is available to ensure a good stay. An address to keep in Orléans.

Wonderful place in the center of town. Very walkable to all the attractions in Orléans and the apartment has everything you need. It is in a old house in which you can see the charming stone walls but the interior is very modern and brightly decorated.

Very nice stay. Very clean and very clear accommodation. No car noise, Property far from the road. Very pleasant setting, not opposite. The windows of the Property overlook the meadows. The only drawback is the narrow spiral staircase, difficult to pass with suitcases. The owners are very kind. We'll be happy to return to this listing. Would recommend.

We had a lovely two nights at Melissa's place. Accommodation is as described, well appointed and comfortable. The location is very convenient, even if a little noise coming from the street was noticeable the first night.
