The Perchoir des Graves

Come and experience an unusual night in complete privacy and take a break perched in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan vineyards. This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. OLD PRESBYTERY - 17th Century

This old 17th century presbytery has been entirely renovated. It is on the top of a little hill and has 500 m². This property is peaceful and surrounded by vineyards - only 20 km SE away from Bordeaux. This winegrower's house, built at the beginning of the 20th century, has been renovated by combining tradition and modernity to welcome you in a peaceful atmosphere full of charm. Our new cottage in the middle of the vineyards with sauna and private jacuzzi consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen (Nescafe coffee maker and pods provided), a sofa bed, a bathroom as well as a large bedroom with a 160×200 bed. A large terrace overlooking the vineyard is also accessible to guests. A bioclimatic pergola allows you to relax in the hot tub all year round. A barrel sauna is also available on the terrace.
