Enjoy this quiet year round mountain retreat in the perfect central location for all of your Southern Utah outdoor adventures! With garage parking, a private entrance and a view of trees, deer and wild turkeys strolling through the yard. This apartment has everything you will need for a week or weekend. Queen bed, twin bed sofa, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blow dryer, and iron. Your friendly hosts will be available with local information and *correct directions to the home.*

Garden Guesthouse at Wildland Gardens

The garden guesthouse is a quaint space surrounded by shrubs and gardens. The room has a comfy queen bed and sofa futon. This space is perfect for up to 2 adults. The space is cozy yearr-round with great heat and lovely AC and night sky views. The restrooms are a shared space in our converted farm silo. They are approximately 20 yards from the guesthouse. If your accommodation of choice is a hotel, this is not your spot. The guesthouse has a firepit, chairs and a picnic table.

Home Base Resort #5

This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has one bedroom with a king size bed and a roll away bed. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, fishing and within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets but we do charge 20 pet fee. Please let us know if you bring your pet.

La Casita on Main

La Casita was originally built as a barber shop in Monroe many years ago. As you will see in the pictures the original light used by the barber over the bed. Located in close proximity to our local hot pots, ATV trails, hiking, fishing, and Utah’s National and State Parks. The home is a nice comfy place to lay your head at night and explore the world during the day. Small private backyard to view the stars at night and the quiet peaceful feel of rural Utah.

Welcome to the Adventure house! Nestled at the mouth of Beaver Canyon, overlooking Canyon Breeze golf course. Within walking distance to local amenities such as ATV/ snowmobile trails and tours, equipment rentals and shuttle rides to Eagle Point ski resort. Welcome to Primrose the Airstream. Come adventure in this gently remodeled 1969 classic. Conveniently located right on I-15, close to the I-70 interchange. Placed in a beautiful desert setting in our brand new Tiny House resort. There is a lot of character in this one. She’s seen a lot in her day and is a bit rough around the edges. But we think she’s magical in all her aged glory. Come be a part of her adventure.
