This friendly and equipped house will welcome you with its 2 bedrooms + quality sofa bed, private enclosed outdoor spaces, deckchairs, charcoal barbecue, wood stove, internet box and TV. You will be ideally located 17 minutes from Angers, 45 minutes from Nantes, 2 km from shops, 4 km from a swimming pond (supervised in summer).

A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

Guest house - Independent 3-room accommodation

The home was built in 2020. It is completely independent. This small house offers an outdoor courtyard, an equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed (160 cm) and a TV. Bedroom with dressing room and a 160 cm bed. Shower room with double sink, shower and toilet. Wi-Fi is available. We are a 10-minute drive from Angers. We will be there to recommend the best deals. The tram, a supermarket and parking are nearby.
