The holiday apartment is in a 120-year-old brick carriage house. It has an unobstructed view to the south into the Havelland. On the ground floor, there is a combined kitchen and living room with a sofa bed, a terrace and a private garden. On the first floor, there is the bedroom, a balcony with a panoramic view, and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 sqm. Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 sqm) can be rented in addition. Three more people can stay there.

The sun terrace is my 2nd living room: Eat comfortably outside or relax in the lounge corner with a glass of wine – just enjoy life.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Morgens Eichhörnchen, der Milan zur Mittagsstunde, Rehe am Abend oder der Kauz in der Nacht. Zur Naturbeobachtung dienen Eichhörnchenfutterstelle, Fernglas und Wildtierkamera.

Die Hütte ist in liebevoller Arbeit entstanden und ist neu gebaut. Das Ziel war es modernen Komfort (WLAN, warmes Wasser und bequeme Betten) im rustikalen Stil zu bieten. This wonderful new 120-square-metre attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighbourhood (a quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz area and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Vacation home time out 2- 6 people family child forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. In the silence, there is a lot of coziness. A large forest stretches right outside the front door and is ideal for couples and families who like to go on excursions and are close to nature. Parking is ample. The apartment is located in the attic (2nd floor) of Germany's only Sweden house settlement right on the edge of the forest. It is located in Borkwalde 35 km from Potsdam. Welcome!

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly.
