We offer two luxury apartments in this beautiful city. ApARTment La Concha Suite y ApARTment La Concha Studio. Around 120m2, bright, comfortable and modern. The kitchen, dining room and living room are a large space with stunning views to the sea. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and you won't miss anything. The two bedrooms are double with their respective bathrooms. The main one has a dressing room. It has an office to work, totally independent if you want to come on business. WIFI.

Luxury villa is located in the exclusive district of San Sebastian (Spain). Unique architecture, panoramic views of the ocean, exotic garden, 5 bedrooms, sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi and terrace. To get to Villa Lanperna in San Sebastián, it takes approximately 30 minutes (25 km) from San Sebastián Airport (EAS), about 1 hour (100 km) from Bilbao Airport (BIO), less than 10 minutes (3 km) from La Concha Beach. By booking two houses, up to 14 people can be accommodated (7 bedrooms).

Just 1 minute from the motorway connecting to Donostia-San Sebastian (20 minutes), Biarritz (30 minutes), Bilbao and Guggenheim (1h15min), and the whole Basque coast. Being well connected means that there may be some traffic (not the highway) outside of the house, with some noise during peak hours. It is within a 5-minute walk from the Spanish border and its shops. Enjoy our home!

Located specifically in the Gipuzkoan town of the Ergoyen neighborhood, not far from San Sebastián (15Km), at the foot of the Aiako Harria Natural Park and on the banks of the Oiartzun River. The location allows you to visit the surrounding coastal villages, hike, and run along the 20Km Arditurri route that passes by the house.
