It offers a spacious living room with fireplace, a bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/toilet.

Dresden/Leipzig is also not far away. Falkenberg is very easy to reach with the RE. It is also an attractive tour by bike (XXX/KR), e.g. via the Elbe Cycle Route. There is a beautiful surrounding area with good bike paths, lakes and the Black Elster; in short: pure nature.

Wonderful relaxation away from the city, the perfect place to slow down and recharge with family or friends. The Kiebitzsee has a great water quality. In addition, our house is the perfect starting point to explore Leipzig, Dresden, Wittenberg, the Tropical Island or the Spreewald.

Beautiful, secluded and very quiet property at the end of the small village. Beautiful view from the upper terrace over the Elbe landscape and the Elbe. The Elbe is about 400 m away. The Alte Elbe Kathewitz Nature Reserve begins 200 m away. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbe dam. The house is good for up to 4 people.
