Monthly Rentals in Belfield

One of the best BNB’s I have stayed in. It’s true to the pictures. Feels very homely when you get inside and peaceful surroundings. The balcony is an added asset so was the air conditioning. I would stay there again. Laura was very responsive and replied to any question that I had.

We had a comfortable stay at Shania's house. It is at the same time conveniently located to access all places in Sydney by car and train, but also also private, homely and a quiet neighbourhood. Shania is very accomodating and hospitable. The house was perfect and roomy for a family of 5, however we were meant to stay with my sister's family of 5. I don't know how comfortable the house would be for a group of 10 though. I am used to small cooking spaces for 5, it could be tight for 10, especially that there is no outdoor BBQ. We loved out stay there and recommend it for families.

I arrived early and was just going to leave my luggage early. The cleaning was done early. I liked that I checked in early. ^ ^ There were no restaurants and amenities nearby, so it was a little inconvenient because I had to go out to the city. Coles is a 15-minute walk away, and there is a bus stop just a short walk away, so if you take the bus for about 15 minutes, you can get out of Campsie city and take the train to the city. Kitchen utensils such as pots and pans were new in the kitchen, so it was clean, and there were cooking oils and seasonings, Lap and cooking foil, There was a kitchen towel, so it was convenient. The room and bathroom are clean, The lighting is bright, the hot water comes out well, and the water pressure is strong. There is a dryer, so it is convenient. However, it was uncomfortable that they didn't just give me a day's use of towels, I didn't have extra towels, so it was uncomfortable to wash and use them. There is an odor from the couch and cushions, so it needs to be washed. The sink in the master bedroom doesn't drain well. Because I don't have a TV remote I didn't watch the TV Hosts are quick to communicate with us about issues. The house is clean and conveniently maintained It was convenient and nice like home during our stay. The apartment is quiet, It is safe. If I were to go back to Australia, I would stay there again. I had a good rest.

My husband and I stayed at Francis's AirBnB for 1.5 weeks and it was definitely the most comfortable AirBnB (after staying a 4 different AirBnBs in 4 weeks). It's cozy, comfortable, bright and extremely clean. The layout of the AirBnb was very well thought through with external solar lights that brighten up the external walkways when coming home late night. We like how the large windows open up to a beautiful and serene garden. Francis was extremely pro-active ensuring we have what we needed for our stay. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and restful! Highly recommended!
