Fast, friendly and accommodating communication. The cottage completely met our expectations and has exceeded them especially in terms of amenities. We traveled with 4 small children and the toys in the house and garden made the holiday an adventure for them and gave them a lot of fun. Useful items and food were also ready. Compared to our previous stays at Kaat, nothing has changed .... and that's good. We are always satisfied with the accommodation and its equipment that match the description. The contact with Kaat is friendly, easy and its responsiveness is impeccable. It's clear, this wasn't our last stay at Kaat's home.

Great stay, Close to centerpark amenities where you can find swimming pool, children's games, bowling ( you can even walk there) The sea is 150m walk away (but cold in December) 🥶 Ostend is 20min away as is Bruges Really great location to discover the area I really do it again To be done again in the warm season for us

We had a great time at Kathleen’s place! The house has a great location, right in the middle of the little town and only a few mins walk to the beach promenade. The house was the ideal setup for our family reunion with enough space for each family with separate on suit bathrooms. We also loved the large leaving room and kitchen & dining areas where we spent a lot of time! Highly recommended.

We were a group of 9 people ( 2 families and a friend) travelling & meeting together for the week over Christmas. We had a lovely time and found we had plenty of space for us all , with the extra self contained unit downstairs allowing one family to be a bit more independent if need be. It was a little more awkward upstairs with the sleeping /bedroom setup as the door to the main bedroom and door to the toilet ( separate to showers /bathrooms which was good) was completely glass & allowed no privacy , (we made do by sticking Christmas wrapping paper over the toilet door!) It was great to have the extra toilet on the middle /living room level. The beds were comfortable and warm, the bedrooms upstairs not heated but we were fine, the heating ( towel rail) in the ensuite bathroom was very efficient. The rest of the apartment was super cosy and warm and an easy walk into centre & also the train to Brugge. Thankyou Willy for being a great host !

We felt very comfortable. It's a beautiful house, in a quiet neighborhood. Great for cycling. The sea is 10 minutes away, the beach is spacious and very idyllic.

Very good stay, Astrid is very responsive to messages. We had a weekend with a large family and everything went well, the accommodation is clean, close to the sea, the games room for young and old is great. Thanks to Astrid we will come back in summer to enjoy the outdoors!

We spend a lovely week in Isabelle’s nice and well equipped villa in Koksijde. The highlight was the light flooded living room with refined furniture. The garden was a pleasure to stay in and the place is very quiet. Isabelle provided us with all the necessary information so that we did not need to contact her. Isabelle, thank you for the opportunity to stay in your villa. We gladly recommend it to anyone who would like to enjoy a higher level of living culture.

Our stay, with three toddlers, was perfect. Since the property is fenced off, children can play in the garden (perfectly maintained) safely. The house is very well laid out and has been completely tastefully renovated. Everything is in impeccable cleanliness. We have rented several houses in the area in recent years. This one is by far the one we preferred. Added to this is a real availability of the host, who was very flexible on our arrival time. Very friendly, she introduced us to the house upon arrival. Finally, the neighborhood is lovely. We enjoyed the calm and the walks in the heart of this residential area housed in nature. There is also a large playground within walking distance. It is also possible to easily park three cars in the property. We will definitely go back!

Nice short stay by the sea. We were very well hosted by Patrick who is very friendly. The house is very nice and well decorated, you feel at home. There's space and there's nothing missing. Terraces and garden are a plus. It must be very pleasant during the summer. Beware of the stairs that go to the downstairs bedroom as they are steep but this is a detail. It's getting used to it. I would recommend this place and we will surely come back for a future stay. 😊

Place and location are great! The house is situated in the best neighborhood of nieuwpoort with stunning architecture. It’s a perfect hideaway for a short vacation at the Belgian coast.

The place is well equipped, with two separate toilets and showers. The kitchen is super spacious and there is a lot of inventory, we got along great with 10 people. The living room and sofa are also super big and spacious. The location is super 5 min walk from the beach, with the garage you can park 3 cars behind the gate and don't have to worry.

This house is a beautiful place to discover Ostend. Beautiful and tastefully renovated with quality materials. Stylish architecture. Functional modern kitchen. Communication with Fabienne the sweet hostess went smoothly. If I can give more stars, she got them. Giantly enjoyed this week.
