Goede verbinding met openbaar vervoer (op 5 min van tram, op 7 min van bus) en ideaal voor wandelingen in de natuur, bezoek aan Plopsaland,.. Het huisje is gericht naar het oosten dus koel en aangenaam in de zomer. Wel rekening houden met enkele trappen bij binnenkomen woning. Parking is voorzien onder het huis (voor een kleinere auto). Mogelijkheid om te parkeren op straat ofwel gratis op 5min wandelen van het huisje.

U kunt van alle faciliteiten van het park genieten, wel betalend:minigolf/bowling/subtropisch zwembad /fietsverhuur/indoor speeltuin/restaurants/winkel/westcoast wellness/aquafun…
