Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Chalet with independent entrance (next to our house) of 17m2 kitchenette, shower room and toilet. Wifi, microwave. Soap, shampoo, sheets, pillows, dishes, hair dryer, iron, filter coffee maker. Beire-le-Châtel is a small peaceful village in the countryside by a river, located northeast of Dijon. It has a rich historical past as well as landscapes of plains and forests, suitable for walks. It is located 22 km from the center of Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and city of art and history, but also from the Wine Route and the city of Beaune. Let's not forget Bèze, 5 minutes away, with its underground cave which is one of the most beautiful villages in France.

In a private residence, the duplex can accommodate up to 4 guests with a large bedroom upstairs (queen size bed, video projector with Netflix and Disney+) and a spacious bathroom with whirlpool bathtub. You have a sofa bed with mattress for optimal sleeping quality. The terrace with barbecue will allow you to enjoy an outdoor meal in good weather. Close to all amenities (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, tobacco, bakery).

Our apartment has just been renovated and newly equipped (all comforts). So just bring your bags :) With an area of 55 m², carefully furnished; it is located in a quiet and secure residence, close to all amenities (shops, transport and parking). You can come by car or simply by train: the TRAM from Dijon station to Quetigny takes you in 35 minutes and drops you off 200 m from the apartment.
