The Studio sleeps 4 and is situated to the left of the main house in a quiet secluded setting. The brick paved drive provides ample parking. The accommodation is bright, light and spacious with an open-plan lounge and dining area, a breakfast bar, fully fitted kitchen, two large characterful double bedrooms, (additional single bed on request), a bathroom with bath and shower unit. Two private patio areas, rear patio giving direct access to a large garden for you to explore, relax and enjoy.

The self contained contemporary Architect designed Barn is a luxurious couples retreat, located next to the owners home and surrounded by beautiful AONB countryside with outstanding views. Close to many famous houses and gardens ,Sissinghurst Castle, Great Dixter, Chartwell, Batemans and Scotney Castle. The Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is a 20 minute drive away. The charm here is the tranquillity of the countryside surroundings on our working beef farm. Set apart from the workings of the farm to allow quiet enjoyment.
