Quiet, convenient and cozy!

Clean and comfortable. 2 bedrooms, full bath and kitchen, and free parking spot. 1st floor of 2-family. Owner lives upstairs. Door to the guest's residence is through a rear hallway. Hallway is occasionally shared with owner. 1 block to 15 min bus ride to Harvard Sq. (directions below) Easy access to Boston but in green and quiet neighborhood. There's no living room but there is comfortable sitting area in one of the bedrooms. Work space can also be arranged. Please let us know what you need.

Almost every guest describes my place as cozy, which was the feeling I was going for when I designed the space! You'll love this good sized 300 sq. ft PRIVATE 1 bedroom studio. This unit has its own entrance w/ punch code door, full bathroom, large walk-in closet, mini fridge, freezer and microwave. It has one parking spot in the driveway and a washer /dryer. The backyard is shared but the unit has a private patio. Rental is attached to a single family home. (Please note: No full kitchen)

Welcome to our beautiful West Cambridge apartment. The apartment features an updated kitchen and bathroom and has plenty of space for a family or friends. We love our neighborhood and are walking distance to bakeries, restaurants and parks. We are a half hour walk from Harvard Square, Davis Square and Porter Square. For transportation, there is a bus stop a block away from the house. There is plenty of street parking if you have a car (parking pass available on request).
