Excellent week spent in Roquefort les Pins. Benjamin and his wife were very welcoming and agile despite a late arrival from us. Their children were also very friendly with our daughter, including wild trampolines! The house has everything you need and there are plenty of activities in the garden. Special mention to the pétanque court where we were able to fight in many parts of Molky! The location of the house is at the top, we were able to take walks or a 5 min drive in the Sinodon Natural Park. The center of the village is 15 minutes walk or just 2 minutes by car with all the necessary amenities. As for the mother, the first beaches are just 20 minutes away so very accessible too. In short, a very nice location with a very welcoming family! Thanks for this week!

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

We had a wonderful stay at Melanie’s! She was a wonderful host. Her house is also super kid friendly - there was no need for us to bring toys for our daughter. She didn’t even want to leave!! There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy most of what you need, a boulangerie where you can get delicious baguettes and croissants, and a delicious espresso place. She was also super communicative - we had ordered from Amazon as we needed a couple of things that we couldn’t find in stores and she was super flexible about it. The house was spacious and since we had a car, it was easy to get around! I highly recommend this place! It is just beautiful!

An exceptional place for the French Riviera: quiet, welcoming with an environment not overlooked, very green and sky. This allows you to distance yourself from the frenzy of the French Riviera during these summer periods. Communication with Joyce is easy and confident which makes it easy to feel good. And lots of little touches made us feel like friends. Similarly, the house is very nicely decorated with taste and simplicity (different from photos and even prettier) and it is very well equipped. And, as regulars of Colle sur Loup for more than 30 years, we definitely recommend Maison Joa Terra!

Very spacious and functional accommodation, well equipped. Terrace with pleasant hot tub. Plancha and barbecue available. Our host is very attentive and responsive. The space was very clean. Located in the heights of Menton which avoids the hustle and bustle of downtown but close to the highway that can be heard on the terrace. On the other hand, no noise in the accommodation which is very quiet.

A perfect stay in a small warm house, ideally located between the sea and the mountain. The calm of the place is soothing, and Sylvie is a remarkable host: kind, discreet and attentive to the tiniest details. A place that I would recommend without hesitation for a relaxing getaway!

Great stay. The pool was absolutely lovely. All the outside areas were beautiful, with lots of choice where to sit. The bathroom was also very nice. The bed was huge, but a little on the hard side for me. The main room was big and well decorated in a French style. The kitchenette was a nice place to sit and had lots of equipment for making basic meals. No oven and only one hob was more of a challenge than I had anticipated - probably fine in the summer when eating mostly cold food. The owners were very friendly, but not overwhelming - we had our privacy respected. We felt safe and secure in the accommodation and grounds. Only 2 small niggles. The bedding was inadequate - I was cold most nights. I did ask for a duvet, but we only got a thin blanket. Probably fine in the summer, but September can be quite chilly and I resorted to wearing some clothing in the end. This second point is no fault of the owner, but we were woken up in the early hours of every morning by local barking dogs.

Dominique’s place is special. The view is spectacular as you are on top of a hill in Nice but in a residential area and still within a couple of kilometres from city center. The drive up there is quite a thrilling one and makes it that much more special. The pool and the pool area are the highlight even though it was too cold for us to use the pool. There is a quality table tennis table so if you have nice racquets bring them along to play. You also have everything you need including a gas grill and hammock and microwave etc. Food delivery options are also aplenty given how close it is to Nice. The house itself, while old, is spacious and has everything you would need. The warm water takes a while but the house on multiple levels feels very spacious. The plot is truly massive and is pet friendly and feels very safe. If you are looking for a quiet place and lots of space, a pool, and spectacular views of the ocean close to Nice, it is hard to beat and the host is fabulous too!

We had a great time. Great view over the bay. Lots of sun while drinking coffee in the morning. Spacious apartment for 4 persons. Host very nice.

My husband and I had a fabulous stay ! The apartment was absolutely perfect , spacious , very clean and most importantly welcoming . Lee met us at the apartment and explained everything we need to know . There was a bottle of red wine left for us to enjoy on the large balcony overlooking the old town . Location could not have been better for restaurants , the port etc . Would highly recommend staying here !!!

We loved our stay in Pascals rooftop apartment. It was at the top of 100 steps but it was so worth the climb. Very light and airy and a fabulous balcony where we ate breakfast. Very clean and well appointed. Quiet over night and so close to the beach and many shops, the daily market and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a fabulous location - great for the tennis at Monte Carlo. Having three tennis courts and open air sea water swimming pool was added bonus. I personally loved the walk to the boulangerie every morning along the seafront!! We have stayed in a different apartment in the same building before which was great but Arnaud's place was much better for our needs - we loved it. Arnaud provided us with extremely useful information and helped us with our travel arrangements from the train station to the apartment. Patti was a pleasure to meet and show us to the apartment. Fantastic place - would thoroughly recommend.

Olivier answered all e-mails promptly and check-in, check-out was really easy. Great apartment - spotlessly clean and fab location. We come to Limone every year so being between lift and town was perfect. Will certainly return. Loved the balcony too. Thank you.

Stayed here for a week with my partner and 5 month old whilst visiting family in Nice and this place ticked all the boxes. Central location - which was ideal for us walking with the pram . We also had the fallback option of the tram line close by as well. Plenty of shops / restaurants near by. Very spacious & clean apartment , plus the view from the balcony was stunning 🤩

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

Perfect location to reach the country clubs of Monte Carlo! In just a 2-minute walk we arrived at the station and only 2 stops from there. Cathrine was very kind and very helpful in meeting us for our check-in time. We highly recommend the place!!

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

I highly recommend staying at this apartment! It’s super cozy and clean, and it’s in a great location — really close to the port and the sea. There are tons of great restaurants, coffee shops, and bars nearby, and the neighborhood felt really quiet and safe. Vassil was an amazing host — very responsive and helpful, and he gave us so many great recommendations for things to do and places to visit in Nice. Check-in and check-out were super easy. I’d definitely love to come back and stay here again!

This is the perfect place to stay in Menton. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Delphine was the perfect host and very helpful. Highly recommend staying here and enjoying all Menton has to offer.
