BABhouse Villa Jardim das Oliveiras [Olive Garden Villa] 155511/AL We invite you to our house, which was a garden planted by Pedro Machado, a grandson of the land who revived the agricultural building of his grandfather Júlio Machado. The house is modern, single-story and embraces the entire surroundings. On the slab of the house you will find a mural by the Argentine artist Tomas Facio, the work “Douro Paisagem Humana”. This mural is intended to honor the sacrifice of all the people of Douro who, with their hands, shaped the landscape of this wonderful region.

This barn owned by our grandmother Amelia has become a mixture of the past and the present where you can breathe tranquility and enjoy all the comforts you can imagine.
