THE HOUSE AT THE END OF THE WORLD. No, not quite but nice away from the everyday hustle and bustle. Our holiday property ( house with 2 apartments with respective separate entrance ) is located on the outskirts of Benneckenstein , right on the Rappbode. 4500 sqm property also leads to the campfire , camping and in winter for tobogganing on your own toboggan slope. The house only serves as a holiday property So it doesn't have a permanent tenant. Since dogs are allowed in both apartments, we ask to be considerate to each other.

Ideal starting point for those exploring the Harz; as hikers, skiers, bikers, motorists or leisurely with the Harz narrow-gauge railways. Distance to train station, supermarket, restaurant about 500 m. Wi-Fi free of charge. Laundry service by arrangement.

You will spend your vacation in our apartment renovated in 2021 on the 7th floor (elevator available) of a former hotel. Through the panoramic window you have a magnificent view of the mountains and the climatic health resort of Bad Grund. The apartment has a built-in kitchen, a dining area, a modern bathroom with large shower, as well as a cozy solid wood double bed with cotton bed linens. On the balcony you sit between herbs (to harvest yourself) & flowers on teak furniture.
