In summer, it is an Eldorado for mountain athletes and mountain bikers. In winter, a great ski resort with over 230 km of perfectly groomed ski slopes. It´s a pleasure to live in our biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a Family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view and is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

It consists of 1 sleeping room with 1 double and 1 single bed, 1 bath with shower, sink and modern shower toilet, 1 living/dining room with kitchenette, dining table and a functional sofa. 3 additional guests can comfortably sleep in 1 Murphy double bed and 1 single bed.

This centrally located property is a 10-minute walk from Salzburg's Old Town. A bus stop is 100 metres away. The apartment has 35 sqm and is generously divided. The bathroom has a shower, double sink, towel dryer, hairdryer and lighted cosmetic mirror. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, an elevator is available. Carport parking can be rented separately, otherwise parking is subject to availability.
