Our house, located in the heart of Perche, is of typical Percheron architecture and dates from the end of the 19th century. Recently renovated, it is very bright and full of charm with its stone walls and exposed beams. Located in the center of the village, we still enjoy an unobstructed view of an orchard. Very tall, it is organized on 3 levels and has a small garden with swimming pool and barbecue as well as an inner courtyard.

Ideal location for exploring our region... A stone's throw from the Voie Verte, walks and bikes are a must. Enjoy with family or friends our 18th century farmhouse completely renovated on a garden of 5000m2, 1h40 from Paris. The beds will be made on your arrival and the towels will be at your disposal. Everything you need for a beautiful blaze in the huge fireplace will be waiting for you. For a weekend, the Sunday departure can be done until 4pm.
