It is an independent accommodation with double bed and sofa bed for 1 person (90 cm wide), dining area, kitchenette and bathroom located in the Gers and in the countryside. You will be in absolute calm in a property of several hectares with centuries-old oaks, chickens and 2 ponies, a permaculture vegetable garden and a view of the Pyrenees. You will enjoy a private terrace and the pool house of the swimming pool (open from June to mid-September) – shared with another cottage – to relax.

In the heart of Astarac on the Gers hills, renovated mill that can accommodate 2 people. Very quiet environment with unobstructed views of the countryside and Pyrenees in clear weather. 10 minutes from the Saramon recreation center (swimming lake, games) 20 minutes from AUCH. Numerous hiking and biking trails. The mill is located at the rear of the renovated farmhouse near the outbuildings with separate access. Limited access to the owners' pool, schedules to be defined together.

Charming apartment of about 30 m² in the heart of Mirande. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), the accommodation is fully equipped. It includes a bedroom (without window), a shower room, and a living room overlooking the kiosk in the square. The Gîte des Bourrouillets is a single-storey apartment, sober and functional, that can accommodate up to 3 people. It is accessible to people with disabilities. Located in the slopes of Saint-Michel, with a view of the Baïse valley, the cottage offers a quiet and secluded setting from the main roads. Close to Mirande and Trie s/Baïse, it is 25 minutes by car from Marciac and 35 minutes from Auch. The village has a post office and a small bread/grocery store.

Explore our typical cabin with a terrace, a cozy and secluded retreat featuring a shower and dry toilet. Upstairs, a comfortable 160x200 bed awaits, along with a corner with a table, chairs, and armchairs. Equipped for breakfast with a small fridge, kettle, French press coffee maker, and teapot.
