Charming & comfortably furnished attic apartment with high ceilings, exposed beams, sunny west-facing balcony, fireplace and open living/dining area- families suitable. Our 80 sqm apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, directly below King Ludwig II's fairytale castle Neuschwanstein and overlooking the castle Hohenschwangau. In 15 minutes you are on foot at the Alpsee and on the ascent to the castles. Many beautiful hikes/ bike rides start with us. Schwangau is 2.6 km from the apartment, while Füssen is 4.2 km away.

Lake view, central, terrace

2 min to the lake promenade, 3 min to Starnberg train station: from here, the S-Bahn runs every 20 minutes and the train runs once an hour, which is in Munich main station in 20 minutes. But the apartment itself is also impressive: it is flooded with light and offers enough space for a pleasant living experience. It is modern and has real oak wood parquet. It has two balconies and a terrace with furniture for relaxing and a lake view. Towels and a hair dryer are available in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped.

It is ideally located at the gates of Munich and is therefore the perfect starting point for all sights in Munich and on the edge of the Bavarian Alps. Hiking & ski resorts easy to reach. Ruhig in einer kleinen Ortschaft am noch ursprünglichen Ostufer des Starnberger Sees gelegen befindet sich unsere Unterkunft im Dachgeschoss einer gepflegten Villa. Ein kurzer Spaziergang durch d. Wald und schon ist man an romantischen Badeplätzen m. einzigartiger Aussicht auf die Berge und sensationellen Sonnenuntergängen über dem See. Die Unterkunft ist die ideale Basis für eine Auszeit in abwechslungsreicher Natur, umgeben von kraftvollen Orten und historischen Monumenten. Willkommen am See.

Ferienparadies Starnberger See

Neben unserem Haus am Waldrand liegt diese sehr ruhige, separate Einliegerwohnung mit 2 Zimmern, moderner Küche und Bad, mit ca. 55 qm. Der einmalige, idyllische Garten, den unsere Gäste gerne von ihrer eigenen Terrasse aus mitnutzen und genießen können, ist weitläufig und nach Süden ausgerichtet. Der Starnberger See ist mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wandern, schwimmen, spazieren, radfahren – Berg ist der ideale Platz für abwechslungsreiche Ferien im Voralpenland.

Gut Mischenried combines the tranquility and serenity of the countryside with the proximity to the city. It is located between fields, meadows and forests. Via highway or S-Bahn, you are in 30 minutes in the center of Munich. Almost all furniture was made or restored in our carpentry shop. All apartments are barrier-free and largely suitable for wheelchair users. In the surrounding area there are numerous activities that will make your stay in the 5-lake region exciting.

Fantastic living in the idyllic property

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!

The Kneissl vacation home is located on the high bank of Lake Starnberg in Allmannshausen, a rural village, about 30 km from Munich and about 50 km from the mountains. Walk to the natural swimming coves on the lake in 10 minutes, for sure-footed walkers, a path through the adjacent forest. Cycling tours, hikes in the area and the mountains about 25 km away are possible.
