Retreat under the roof

A wonderful retreat. Only two stairs to climb before you enter your own little kingdom. Lovingly designed, flooded with light and very well equipped. 25 min South of Munich, in the countryside, quiet, and yet everything is within walking distance: Bakery, bank, supermarket, inn and pharmacy as well as the lake. There is parking in front of the house. Ideally suited for two people. There is a very cozy extra bed in the stairwell, but it is only suitable for guests with an affinity for climbing.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

Our light-flooded, new apartment is located in an absolutely quiet residential area in the Solln district and is well connected to public transport, which takes you to the center. Unsere Unterkunft liegt ruhig im Wohngebiet nahe am Wald (3 min) und nahe zum See (10 min.). Im Ort ist alles vorhanden. Und zu Fuss erreichbar. Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Berge an den See nach München. Wunderbarer Erholungsort. Schlosspark und Badestrand sind in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Biergärten und Restaurants sind bequem ohne Auto zu erreichen.
