Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two units that can be combined with each other. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

The Sunseeker Wellness Suite offers a private design sauna, a fireplace and 1 large south-facing balcony and 1 west-facing balcony. In the suite you will also find a washing machine, soundproofed walls, fast WiFi, two flat-screen TVs with streaming services and a sound system with CD player, including Bluetooth streaming.
