De Duinstudio enjoys a great location at the foot of the dunes between Bergen and Bergen aan Zee, in the hamlet of De Franschman. This hamlet starts at the roundabout to Bergen aan Zee and this road winds along the dunes of Bergen aan Zee to the Egmonden. The Zeeweg to the beach and the Eeuwigelaan to Bergen also start here. The studio is located on a quiet residential area with various houses and summer houses, but you are within 5 minutes in Bergen Centre, Bergen aan Zee and the Egmonden.

Dit moderne nieuwe tuinhuisje ligt in het dorpje Bergen, op slechts 50 meter van het bos. Het dorpshart is 5 minuten wandelen en het strand is 15 minuten per fiets. U heeft dit huis plus de ruime veranda volledig tot uw eigen beschikking. Het is mogelijk de auto voor de deur te parkeren. Het huisje beschikt over een combimagnetron, vaatwasser, Nespresso apparaat, waterkoker en een kookplaat. Er is tevens voldoende servies, bestek, pannen, thee en koffie. Wij hopen u snel te verwelkomen.

This holiday house in the back of my garden offers the excellent retreat if you want to experience the beauty of the Dutch dunes and beaches and escape the hectic city life. The house is located in a quiet street, walking distance from the beach (10 min) . Egmond aan Zee is one of the most beautiful areas in The Netherlands only 30 minutes by train from Amsterdam (station Heiloo is 5 km from Egmond aan Zee). Excellent for hikes and cycling. There is a storage for the bikes with the house.

Ons stijlvolle huisje doet dienst als studio/atelier en we willen het graag beschikbaar stellen voor verhuur. Het is ontworpen door een architect en het interieur is gedaan door een meubelmaker met oog voor detail. Het is heerlijk licht door de grote glazen voorpui en voelt ruim aan door de hoge plafonds in de voor- en achterkamer. Er is een nette keuken met koelkast, vaatwasser, inductie kookplaat en automatische koffiemachine. Omringt door een privé tuin en met eigen opgang.

Studio for 2 persons in a quiet cul-de-sac. Near dunes and beach. From here you can make beautiful bike rides. Egmond aan Zee 10 min cycling, Alkmaar only 7 km away. Close to artists village Bergen. Studio has private entrance and living area with 2 pers box spring and kitchen with fridge and 2 ring hob and private bathroom. Bed linen, towels and kitchen textiles are all included. It is recommended to bring (or rent) bicycles. Access tickets for dune area on loan.

Welcome to our lovely holiday home located in the beautiful town of Schoorl within walking and cycling distance of the forest, the dunes and the sea. The house, completely renovated in 2020, is detached, has its own entrance, a small garden to the south with a cozy canopy. The cozy living room has French doors to the sunny terrace, an open kitchen with dishwasher and oven, one bedroom and a bathroom. There are 2 nice bikes with gears for rent at the cottage.

It has a nice kitchen unit, a sitting area with a nice sofa, TV with WiFi, a dining area, 1 bedroom with a double box spring and a nice bathroom. The bed is made up upon arrival. Outside, we have created a nice sunny space for you, which you can use to your heart's content. Peace, and from the street you have a view of the beautiful dunes of Greetings.
