The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Doctors and the shopping mall are 500 m away. Edeka, Aldi and Lidl can be reached in about 700 m. Otherwise, you can also enjoy the great location in the garden. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. Live in the countryside and quickly in the city! The cozy apartment is located in a quiet rural environment about 5 km northwest of Dachau. The S-Bahn station of the S 2 to Munich can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, with a travel time of half an hour to Munich Central Station. The X730 bus to Pasing station in 36 minutes is also only a 5-minute walk away. After a stroll through the city or a day's work, the cozy south terrace invites you to relax.

Peace and quiet at Lake Waldschwaig

Quiet retreat between Dachau and Munich with garden view. A narrow spiral staircase leads to a small apartment for a maximum of 2 people. Double bed, bathroom with shower, and a small kitchen are available. The barbecue and terrace may be used. My dog walks freely around the premises. Dachau is 2 km away, and Munich is about 15 km away. I live on the property myself and deliberately keep it clean and quiet. Retreats are occasionally held here.

Our apartment is on the 1st floor in a quiet but centrally located residential area in Dachau. It is very spacious (1 bedroom and 1 living room/bedroom). For 5 people or more, we open another bedroom in the attic of the house. Our apartment has its own roof terrace. Munich is easily accessible via the nearby train station (approx. 12 minutes). But Dachau and its surroundings are also worth seeing. Shops serving everyday needs are nearby.
