Small lake house with your own jetty

Newly built house/cottage with a private jetty for rent at Lake Vällan in Falun. In the summer you can enjoy swimming and sun. It has a rowboat and SUPs that allow for trips out to Vällan. During winter there are opportunities for both long-distance skates and cross-country skis as the track and tracks are prepared if weather and underlay allow. The house is about 50m2 and accommodates small kitchen, dining area, sofa with TV, full bathroom and bedroom. In the back of the house there is a washing machine, dishwasher and storage.

Here it feels like you are in the country but in the city anyway. You live in peace and quiet, without TV, by the lake only 2.5 km to Lugnets ski stadium and 3 km to Falun's city center. You have 600 meters to the forest and Lugnet Nature Reserve. Swim in the lake from the dock in the summer or take a swim in ice beautiful winter time. Wood-fired sauna is available for a fee after agreement. In winter, if weather and wind allow, there may be plowed skating rink/ walking paths on the lake even ski tracks are usually then prepared.

The house is located on one of the many cultural-historically valuable farms in the old town of Östanfors in Falun.
