Vacation rentals with a patio in Berkeley County

We had a great time staying at the Inn. It was historic and very well remodeled. So clean and welcoming. They gave us a free bottle of wine!!! Love this place and the hosts were so friendly.

A friend & I stayed to cycle & hike Harper's Ferry & the Shepardstown area of the C&O. The placed checked all our important boxes..very clean, nice shower with hot water, very comfortable beds & furniture, very quiet, strong wifi. Download Google maps directions to get there as you might loose your cell connection. Same if you travel the area..download while on wifi at the house. When I saw the vintage GE electric stove with push button controls I though...wow will this thing work! Yes it works great! It heated up my hot water for tea & oatmeal faster than any modern stove! We had a great stay and will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time! The location is so convenient and very walkable! The space was beautiful with great little touches and amenities. Better than the pictures! Jeff and Sam were very responsive and present with their store being below but we still felt like we had a lot of privacy. The bar across the street got pretty rowdy at night and fire station is close with a very loud siren but if you are sound sensitive, the owners provided ear plugs and a sound machine! My husband and I were not bothered by it at all. Overall, highly recommend!!!

This was my first time booking at an Airbnb and I had a great first experience. My host was always responsive. Place was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable place to sleep while visiting my hometown. It was peaceful and a great location. Thank you so much for letting me enjoy this hidden jewel.

Lesley is a great host who gave us clear instructions for getting in and parking which was very helpful. The area is really neat. This is a fun, convenient, and clean stay to experience Martinsburg and the surrounding areas. She even gladly helped us re-book when we last minute decided to stay longer to check out Harper’s Ferry! With all the help and local recommendations we would absolutely recommend.

The space was very nice and full of light but also private. Very clean. Vi and her husband were great hosts and very responsive and friendly.

I really appreciated this space. It was private and spacious. I loved the koi pond and truly felt right at home. I had everything I needed and if I didn’t the host was gracious enough to supply extra trash bags, dish soap etc. This apt was exactly what I needed for my three week stay.

Stacey’s apartment was clean and thoughtfully arranged to provide so many extra kitchen and bathroom items. It was kind and definitely over-the-top!!!! She also generously offered to help with some car trouble I was having. I would stay there again for sure.

This gateway more than accommodated 4 adults and 5 kids from 2-9 years of age. We brought a few entertainment items for the kids so the adults could detach from the buzz of the world and slow everything down. Orions provided that and more, from the wonderful Berkeley Springs, to the big state park and amazing views; we can't wait to come back. This property was well stocked, and we had to worry very little about the small stuff. Thank you, Anna, for being a great host and letting us stay here; you are awesome!

This place was great! Small, cozy location in the mountains! It was peaceful and just what we were looking for 😊 everything was nice and clean, and we felt right at home!

This is the second time staying at Chris and Jennifer's, we loved it so much. The neighbors were very friendly and the neighborhood is so peaceful. We had everything we needed and had a great time.

maries place is a charm. spotless, nice decor, updated floors and kitchen. Located in a beautiful, tucked away area. Very peaceful and quiet. More house than I needed, but was mot dissappointed

We walked into the house a knew this was going to be the perfect place for our girls night. Super clean and there is candy everywhere! She has food and drinks in the fridge and cabinet. Not many people dot hat for you and it's amazing! We loved every moment and will definitely be staying again in the future for girls night!

Since we were in the area for a nearby family wedding, we thoroughly enjoyed an extended weekend reunion with children and grand children at Lele's landing. This home was immaculate and well appointed with all the supplies one might need. Although the pictures of this listing don't show it, there is a "secret" child's closet with numerous toys, puzzles and play items that totally delighted our 2 younger grandboys! Dave was also very helpful, approachable, and easy to reach out to. The countryside and short creek trail was fun to explore. Overall, this was an excellent home away from home to share quality family time. Thanks, Dave, for opening your peaceful home up for us!

I almost don't want to write a positive review because I'd like this condo to be available only to me. It was perfect! The place is comfortable and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Easy ski in/out access, and perfect for a family that has some that stay on the slopes a little longer than others. We just hope this place will be available again when we visit next.

Very nice spot right off the mountain. Pretty short walk from the top of the green hills. Great if you have your equipment already! Living space was big enough to relax after the slopes. Comfortable bed and big tv.

This AirBnb hosted by Julie was perfect! The space was just what we needed as a little home base as we explored Harper’s Ferry and the surrounding area. Julie provided great recommendations in terms of places to eat. Would love to go back!

We had a wonderful night at the condo. Our host let us know in the morning it was clean and ready so that we could check in early. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again for sure.

Alison's place is great if you value being walkable to Old Town. We prefer this over staying at the Wyndham Grand because of the separate room for our baby to sleep in. The kitchen is modern and fridge with a water filter is clutch. We didn't try to make any meals. Bed was clean/firm, HVAC was responsive, and lounge chair in the sitting area was comfortable. You can hear the train and street noise (especially cars w/o mufflers) at night, but I assume that's the case if you stay anywhere near Old Town.

Staying at this place was a terrific experience and worth every penny. The room was spacious, clean and was very comfortable. In addition, the place we very clean and inviting. Definitely worth staying there again.

Taylor provides a great spot for the region. Close to Harper's Ferry with all its hiking & Antietam for the history buffs, this provided the perfect respite for our small family. We really appreciated Taylor providing high quality cookware and dishes. Many times hosts cheap out on that stuff but Taylor had great stuff - even a pod and drip coffee combo! Private and roomy, we found everything to be as advertised and then some. Taylor was always quick to respond to our queries and provided good advice on local attractions. We enjoyed our time there and highly recommend her place if one is in the area.
