In den drei stilvollen Schlafzimmern finden bis zu 6 Erwachsene Platz, und für den 7. &8. Gast steht eine gemütliche Schlafcouch zur Verfügung. Das Apartment liegt nur etwa 500 Meter vom Bahnhof entfernt, so dass du bequem mit dem Zug anreisen kannst. Alternativ stehen zwei Stellplätze zur Verfügung. Wichtigen Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Unser sehr helles, idyllisches und ruhig gelegenes Apartement liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses und hat direkten Zugang zu Ihrem Terrassenanteil und dem Garten. Die neuwertige Wohnung ist ländlich modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Frasdorf liegt zu Füßen der Chiemgauer Berge, eingebettet in die sanften Hügel des Voralpenlandes. Nur acht Kilometer vom Chiemsee und Simssee entfernt. Zentral zwischen München und Salzburg und fernab von Hektik und Stress und das zu jeder Jahreszeit.

Wir bieten ein gemütliches, neu eigerichtetes 2 Zimmer Appartement mit wundervollem Bergblick in einem umgebauten Bauernhof am Ortsrand von Bernau an. Der Hof liegt in einer ruhigen und traumhaften Lage. Im Norden ist der Chiemsee, im Süden die Berge. Direkte Anbindung an die Wanderwege zu den ersten Chiemgauer Almen. Alter Salinweg / Kampenwand / Gedererwand 5 Minuten per Rad und 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Ortsmitte. 15 Minuten per Rad und 10 Minuten per Auto zum Chiemsee.

Our apartment Edelweiss in Bernau am Chiemsee is cozily furnished, quietly located and ideal for 1-2 people. The apartment has a balcony with a view of the green and a free parking space. Shopping facilities as well as gastronomy are in the immediate neighborhood. The Chiemsee and numerous leisure opportunities are only a few minutes walk away. The apartment is perfectly connected by the neighboring train station and the A8 Autobahn.

The apartment is located close to the Bavarian Alps, Lake Chiemsee and a couple of other small lakes. There are plenty of opportunities for sports and cultural events. Numerous restaurants provide local and international cuisine for every kind of taste. Here you can spend your holidays in a rural and traditional atmosphere. My accommodation is suitable for couples, travelers and families with children and small groups.
