The 40 sqm apartment + 10 sqm balcony is located in a residential complex, which is about 700 m from the Weissensee and 10 km from the Breitenbergbahn. The surroundings are perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking, cycling. The pool and sauna can be reached via a basement corridor. On the outside there is a barbecue area, tennis court, mini golf course. Important: In November, the pool & large sauna are closed due to Closed for maintenance from approximately November 5th. The small sauna (up to 4 people) remains open.

When the apartment is occupied from only 2 guests, then, it is a complete 1 floor apartment, with no neighbors, with a bedroom of 180x200cm double bed, a living room/dining room, a complete kitchen and a bathroom.

King Ludwig's Old Neighbour

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

My accommodation is located in our detached house in a quiet residential area very close to Lake Constance. The bus stop for the city bus to Lindau is just a few minutes away. After Wasserburg village there is a beautiful foot/bike path. The 1-room apartment has a nice terrace, where you can also barbecue, and a small garden. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included in the price. The nearby, free Lindenhofbad with beach café is within easy walking distance.

Our accommodation is near Füssen in Hopfen am See just a 2-minute walk from Hopfensee. There is a very nice promenade along the lake with many restaurants and great recreational opportunities also for children. Strandbad, mini golf, boat and bike rental and children's playground are directly on the lake, as well as a beautiful hiking trail (6.6 km) around the lake. It is 8 km to Neuschwanstein Castle, 4 km to Füssen and 2 km to Forggensee by boat trip.
