JR's EcoHut is nestled high on a hill with 360 degree views of the beautiful Murrambidgee river flats and of the stunning Kimo valley. Perfect for couples, this glamping experience is really something special. Totally off-grid it makes efficient use of solar power to provide light and water. The stunning shower even has a killer view and with no neighbours for several kilometers you are all on your own. Kimo is a working 7000 acre farm. Breakfast included.
“The place was stunning! Any issues were resolved quickly and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. A thoughtful breakfast is provided and the sheets were soft and clean. Friendly Tip: it is off the grid so no microwave or toasters etc are provided but there is a stove top outside to cook on. We went at the time of a good old Australian heat wave and struggled to stay cool. The fan is battery powered so didn’t last us long. There is a public pool nearby but probably think of ways to cool yourself before getting there (eg. portable fans, etc). We definitely will be going again but hopefully at a cooler time! Thanks again Michelle and Collin!!”
Exquisite private boutique accommodation for 2 - completely separate even though attached to the main building - with private veranda and great views. This is a dog friendly residence.
“What a gorgeous spot for a relaxing country weekend. It’s also walking distance to the Sir George and Long Track Pantry. The cottage itself has everything you need and more, and so many thoughtful little extras, e.g. there’s bikes to borrow but also helmets and backpacks... theres heating but also electric blankets ad hot water bottles... there’s breakfast but also fresh bread and eggs. They’ve thought of everything! Can’t wait to come back.”
