Double glazed wooden window, dry inertia radiator. Its surface area is about 22m2, perfect for a couple or single traveler. ! No smoking allowed! Nice studio (renovated in January 2022) with its own bathroom and kitchenette, sleeping up to 4 people. The studio is located on Rue d'Arènes, on the 2nd floor overlooking the courtyard; close to the swing bridge, a lively neighborhood in the city centre. The neighborhood is now limited and car access to our street is no longer possible. You have to park on the outskirts (see the car parks recommended below) and then walk a few minutes to our accommodation. Fibre via wifi.

Our 25 m2 studio on the ground floor of a quiet courtyard is refurbished. It consists of a living room area, kitchen, sleeping area and bathroom. A parking space is available. Located 5 minutes from the train station and a 12-minute walk from the city center, you will find all types of shops on site (bakery, butcher, cheese shop, delicatessen) but also an Intermarché. In the neighborhood, several types of restaurants (traditional, pizzeria, kebab...) are within walking distance.
