Studio comprising a living room with a 140 cm sofa bed, two 90 cm bunk beds, toilet, bathroom with sink and bathtub, kitchenette with 1 large oven and dishwasher, balcony overlooking the main street, ski room on level -1 (number 47). Pets not allowed.

At Bercail De Mira, you'll enjoy a studio cabin in a perfect location (in the straw hut). The ski slopes and the lake are 100 m from the building and the shops are on the ground floor! We have installed an 80 cm TV with a PS3 (DVD/Blu-ray) and Wi-Fi for internet addicts. A parking space in the underground garage and a large ski storage room are reserved for you. Finally you will enjoy the large balcony with views of the lake and the estate!

The "Puy d'Eraigne" is a small cozy apartment located in one of my favorite corners of Auvergne, the Sancy with its lakes, puys, woods and waterfalls. On the side of the house, on the ground floor, there is a very well located, independent and very well equipped apartment. I can also, if necessary, make my garage available to you.
