In the city centre, very nice 2 bedroom apartment, 37 m² on the 2nd floor with balconies. Ideally located close to the thermal baths and all amenities. It consists of a pleasant living room combining living room and equipped kitchen as well as a sofa convertible into a 140cm bed. All facing south and west opening onto 2 balconies from which you can admire a magnificent panorama from Sancy to Puy de Gros. IT has one bedroom with storage and a queen bed in 180cm. Finally a bathroom with shower and WC.

(Lac Chambon and Château de Murol 5 min by car, Super-Besse ski resort 15 min) Shops and activities nearby, Murol (4 km) , Besse En Chandesse (7 km). Ideal for exploring the region and its beautiful landscapes. Numerous opportunities for hiking, on foot or by bike from the chalet.

Nestled in the heart of Sancy, with a breathtaking view of the Château de Murol, and the Sancy massif, come and enjoy this cozy cocoon, 50 m² including a shower room, a small bedroom with a magnificent view. Outside, you'll have access to a 3200 m² private plot, including a 400 m² fenced area, as well as a 9 m² terrace on stilts. This chalet is located 40 minutes from Clermont Ferrand, and 20 minutes from Super-Besse by car.
