We renovated this old barn on 2 levels with a contemporary touch while keeping the charm of the old. The swimming pool (6x12m) is heated from June to September according to the outside temperatures and has a fully equipped pool house (kitchen, shower, toilet)

The house a detached authentic house situated in the quiet rural village of Villemort. In the house are old details such as beams and but the house is otherwise modern and comfortably furnished with a full kitchen, including an electric cooker, refrigerator and microwave. The master bedroom is situated on the 1st floor along with a bathroom. On the 2nd floor there are two other bedrooms (double and twin), along with another bathroom.

Overlooking the river and surrounded by oaks, you are here in peace, surrounded by nature, while not being totally isolated since two other houses complete the hamlet of Pied Griffé. You will enjoy a renovated, modern, comfortable and spacious home. Just over 2 km away by a road along the river, the village of Angles-sur-l'Anglin is easily accessible by car or on foot.

The cottage overlooks and accesses the river, where swimming is possible. The hamlet is very peaceful, and the water is a great place to relax! A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds. Nightly rate: €52 without sheets + €8 sheets to be paid in advance if needed.
