Good value for money. Just the bedding of the last room upstairs ( old clic clac ) Frozen was left in the small freezer Nothing bad . Sleeping area ( no living room ) But clean and functional overall

A great place with nice volumes and very nice decoration. We were a group of 9 adults and we were quite comfortable. The accommodation is very well appointed with all the comforts. In addition, Mariame is very available. A very good stay and a place to recommend.

We had a very pleasant stay of a week. The apartment contains all the necessary accessories. Espresso coffee machine capsule and a classic.. coffee it's important for me It's very well located for visiting the city and easy to find when you come back from a car ride No problem parking. Very easy to find at the start of Caen. Great bedding. Perfect.

Perfect apartment to relax and have a good evening! Ideally located 5-10 min from the beach on foot (with restaurants by the beach) and with a bakery at the end of the street. Well-equipped accommodation, very clean and comfortable bed. The hot tub and sauna are also clean and the instructions given for their use in the small booklet are clear. The decoration and atmosphere are really nice (starry sky above the bed, fireplace...).

We had a very pleasant stay, Michael's residence is very well maintained and the location is perfect for quiet rest. Michael is a gracious host and very available when we needed him on site. The pool is spacious and very well maintained, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the same for common areas. We would definitely recommend staying at this place!

We had a fantastic stay, the place is beautiful and spacious. What a lovely and novel experience..we will not forget staying near Etretat which is reflected in the beautiful setting of the property! The expansive scenery and location was so peaceful, the property was so practical for our large family size and in particular the bar area was a super socialising space! Equally my daughter had an amazing time with her cousins and I am sure we will look back and fondly remember our trip to this gîte! Thanks to you Julien for making the great memories possible!

Beautiful house with a TV view on the beach The house is spacious, we recommend Good to know if the pellets of electricity skip the meter to put it back is next to the gate on your despot, do not search in the house Small downside in the downstairs bedroom the box spring is case on the right side and a board was set to solidify , but it is thick when you sleep on it you only feel that. loved the stay. the house was in a clean condition upon arrival and there is enough space for people to find some alone time if needed. we were with a group of friends and absolutely loved it. lovely pool and there are lots of animals around
