Having a car will make things much easier. Los Angeles has UBER & LYFT!!! Download the App before you arrive! Please expect to wait on average 5 mins for an Uber/Lyft to arrive. PARKING: • Plenty of free street parking right next to the house for any type of vehicle. There is absolutely no parking restrictions, meters, or street cleaning. Casa Carmona, a Mid-City Garden Oasis near Museums

Casa Carmona is a little oasis in the big city. It's convenient to just about anywhere you would want to visit while in Los Angeles. Private entrance allows you to come and go as you please. Very diverse selection of restaurants and there is a 7-11 as well as a small grocery store (that delivers) less than a block away if you would rather eat in. Laundromat and dry cleaners are one block away which is helpful for longer stays. Street parking is available. Convenient to public transportation. Full access to the guest house and the backyard area including lounge chairs and dining table. I live in the adjacent house so am able to offer help during guest's stay. I love meeting my guests from all over the world but respect your privacy and comfort! Casa Carmona sits behind a charming Spanish house in Wilshire Vista, a neighborhood created in the 1920s. This is a diverse and safe area, within walking distance of Museum Row and the Grove. Plenty of free parking is available. Approximately half my guests rent a car and there is unrestricted street parking available except for street cleaning on Tuesday afternoons. The other half of my guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes. There is plentiful public transportation within walking distance. One bus stop is less than a block away on one major street and another the opposite direction a block and a half from the house. There is also a Zip Car location less than a block away. The main bed is full size. The pullout sofa is twin bed. There is a small fridge/freezer, microwave oven, 2 burner electric cooktop, and George Forman grill for cooking. Also have a Keurig for coffee and electric tea kettle and assortment of teas. There is a end table that is gate-leg so can be used for in-room dining. Folding chairs in closet as well as extra folding table in closet. Hair dryer in bathroom. Plenty of closet space. Two luggage racks. Iron is provided. I also provide a beach blanket, tote and towels for excursions to the beach. For relaxation time at the Casa there are plentiful entertainment options including Amazon Echo, TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime, many movies, PlayStation and several board games with even more available upon request!

Serenity Now Guest House

Simple, elegant studio, detached from the main house, in the rear of the garden, with kitchenette and private bath with a large shower. There is also a private patio exclusively for guests to enjoy! We’re centrally located near both the 101 and 405 freeways, Trader Joe's, a large park with a pool, tennis courts, and lots of wide open space. The Westfield Mall is a short walk, as are a handful of fantastic restaurants! Come and enjoy all that Los Angeles has to offer in this lovely guest house!

Escape to this studio apartment tucked away on an historic estate, once home to Joe Kennedy. Secluded from the main house by a tall hedge of bougainvillea, the studio apartment is completely private. An open-plan living area opens to a private backyard patio. The apartment is simple, functional and comfortable, but not luxurious. The neighborhood is tranquil and safe. Within an easy walk to downtown BH. During the summer months, guests have the use of a salt water pool 10 am — 6 pm. EV charger.

Our Guest House is in the HEART of Beverly Hills. Rodeo Drive is but a 5 minute walk. All of Beverly Hills is walk-able from our location. The studio is a bright single space with 2 full-size beds fitted with premium bamboo sheets. Separated from the main house with self check-in / check-out and private access from a side gate. Working gas fireplace & 1 full bathroom and kitchenette. TV comes with Netflix, Amazon Prime and other channels. Great WiFi connection that downloads over 400 mbps.

The location is within a short distance of great offices, restaurants, and shops. It is definitely a perfect place to stay for business travelers!
