Studio with beautiful views of the Saanenland

Our approx. 350-year-old farmhouse contains a newly renovated studio. It is located just above the village of Saanen with beautiful views over large parts of the Saanenland. By car, it can be reached in approx. 5 minutes, whether coming from Schönried or Saanen. In between is the underpass with the turnoff to Unterbort/Abländschen. Always follow the signs for “Sonnenhof.” The underpass is also a bus stop. From there it is still a 15-minute walk to the studio. Pick-up service is possible.

Located next to a SPA, behind the Carrefour Montagne, 5 minutes' walk from the ski slopes, this 30 m2 nest, quiet, south-facing, has an entrance/ski room, a small bedroom with 140 x 190 cm bed, nightstand, wardrobe, a kitchen with dishwashers, washer-dryer, combo microwave oven, Nespresso machine, a living room with sofa, Wi-Fi, a smart TV with Netflix and Orange, a southwest balcony.

Rainbow Apartment

The apartment is part of the annex built in 1950 at the paternal cottage. This cottage was built in 1850 by my great-grandfather, my grandparents lived there and my dad and his sister were born there. The apartment has been slightly renovated, it is furnished simply and functionally. In front of the chalet, there is a grassy plot, which was long the vegetable garden and the only source of income for my grandmother who became a widow prematurely.

56 m2 2 bedroom 1/2 apartment in the picturesque village of St-Pierre de Clages (Chamoson). Sunny, quiet and charming, you will enjoy a magnificent view of the Valais Alps from the heart of the Chamosard vineyard. Close to Bains de Saillon, Alaia Bay (10 min), the ski resorts of Ovronnaz, Nendaz and La Tzoumaz/4 Valleys (20 min) or the cultural discoveries of the Giannada Foundation or the historic center of the City of Sion.

The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved location. It is 3 km from the center of Morzine and close to the Prodains Express. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.

Charmant petit studio dans un ancien carnotzet typique qui vient d être rénové. Quartier ancien qui surplombe légèrement le village avec vue sur la vallée. Canapé lit accueillant deux personnes. Parking à 1 minute à pied Attention, il y a un escalier comportant une vingtaine de marches pour accéder au studio.
