Very quiet setting with an unobstructed view of the countryside and the Pyrenees on clear days. 10 minutes from the Saramon leisure centre (swimming lake) 20 minutes from Auch. Notable villages and sites (Castelnau-Barbarens, Simorre, Sansan) Numerous hiking and cycling trails. Horseback riding outings for experienced riders nearby. Limited access to the owners' pool; hours to be determined together.
