This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.

Villa Mira Kalkan is located on the hills of Kalkan with the breath taking bay view. Close to city center... Our villa has a private pool (you may have full privacy), large comfortable 3 bedrooms, open kitchen, a large living room and a big terrace connected to the living room and the kitchen. Private enterance and the location of the villa will give you full privacy. Villa Mira is newly renovated in 2021.
