The owners live in an annex to the building overlooking the pool, and we share the entrance to the house with all the apartments. No smoking inside the house, NO MUSIC AFTER 11:00 PM AND THE VOLUME WHEN IT IS ON CANNOT BE VERY HIGH and we do not allow pets.
