- At the beginning of 2024, we renovated and cozily designed for our guests - Our approx. 40 m² non-smoking apartment is for 2-3 people. - It has a separate entrance and a quiet sun terrace. - In the large living / sleeping room there is a large double bed, a sofa bed, a large armchair and satellite TV. - The small modern kitchenette offers all possibilities of self-catering. - The bathroom is equipped with glass shower, underfloor heating and hair dryer.

The villa is located directly on the Elbe cycle path. The house has a parking space, a spacious garden, three spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The highlight is the view of the picturesque Saxon Switzerland in addition to the private sauna and fireplace. The property has its own access to the Elbe, where you can fish in addition to water sports. With a maximum occupancy of 11 people, two people can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room.

You can expect the charm of an architecturally beautiful half-timbered building from the turn of the century, in harmony with the most modern furnishings.

Active recreation in the midst of nature, the wild and romantic Biela Valley, ideal starting point for hiking, climbing, cycling and many other activities and cultural experiences. The 65 m² apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower, a bedroom with double bed and a single bed, a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds as well as a living-dining room with a 10 m² balcony. On request, a baby crib (€15 per stay) can be provided. The underfloor heating and automatic room ventilation (with pollen filter) ensure a comfortable climate all year round. Ceilings and floors are mainly made of wood.

Cozy apartment in the heart of Saxon Switzerland 🌲🚲 Our lovingly furnished apartment in Rosenthal-Bielatal offers space for 2 to 4 people on approx. 40 m² – ideal for couples, small families, active vacationers or as a business travel accommodation. In 2025, we completely renovated our apartment. The apartment is located in the souterrain of our detached house, which is located in the idyllic Rosenthal Bielatal.

Königstein Cottage

Small, cozy apartment with a large natural garden that you can use on the south side of the Königstein Fortress. The apartment can be used for up to 4 people. In the house there is a fireplace for the cool days and in the garden you can barbecue or simply enjoy the great starry sky at night. There are plenty of climbing and hiking opportunities in the area. Please note that there is no Wi-Fi in the cottage.

Mountain farm with a breathtaking view

We live in Saxon Switzerland National Park on a 200-year-old farm in Bielatal. The farm is located at an altitude of 400 meters. From here you have a magnificent view of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. We lovingly converted the middle part of the old cowshed with the hayloft into the apartment. It is part of the large restored 4-sided farm.

Jagdschloss Bielatal "Sophia"

Your holiday home is unique, situated opposite to the "Jagdschloss" (hunting lodge), and consists of the former chapel and the adjacent pavilion. The "Jagdschloss" (20 m distance from your holiday home) has been fully renovated during the years 2021/2022.
