The spacious apartment for 2 people is located 500m from the station via park Belle-Vue where it is nice to walk or cycle. A safe garage space 150 m away is also available for storing the car and bicycles. A top accommodation location for those who want to taste the atmosphere and coziness of Leuven.

This area is known for its rich vegetation and for its cultural and historical heritage. The cottage is overlooking the Mehaigne river, which is part of a protected nature reserve. “Charmes du Velupont” is a real heaven of peace with a stunning view on this silent valley.

Spoorweghut 'Miners' Accommodation'

Next to the Racour station is the cottage of the piocheurs or railway workers. In the past, railway workers used this "barracks" to store their equipment, to eat their sandwiches or even to sleep. The 3-meter by 3-meter listed building was completely rebuilt in 2015 in wooden timber and masonry. It is now furnished as a comfortable hiker's hut for 2 people. Free bicycles are available to our guests!
