We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, Wi-Fi in our private house on the outskirts of town. Ideal for short breaks, but not suitable for shepherd hours and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the centre. The MAIN TRAIN STATION and the city are about 10 minutes away(on foot about 20 minutes) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport nearby Surroundings. Close by are shops of the day. The basement apartment was completely renovated in 2018. It is very lovingly decorated and fully furnished. The living area is very spacious and offers enough space. The small kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, just minutes from the train station and town center (about 12 minutes). The recognized resort of Billerbeck is located in the Münsterland and is also called “the pearl of the Baumberge” due to its location in the Baumberge.

Located in the parallel street of the pedestrian zone and opposite the eye clinic, you will stay here centrally and yet quietly. Shops, bakeries and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The castle garden with a beautiful Baroque castle is just a two-minute walk away. The apartment is about 15 km from Enschede in the Netherlands.

Close to the city center (4 km), bus stop 150 m. The house is very quiet. You can look into a free field from the studio. Fully equipped kitchenette (sink, fridge, ceramic hob 2 fields, cabinets). Double bed (2m x 1.60 m). The studio has air conditioning. For a toddler we have a baby bed. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). We pay great attention to the environment: solar power, ProWindgas (green), waste separation...
