It is an independent apartment of 30 square meters. The terrace has a barbecue and evening sun. In addition, a small garden with morning sun. The beach is 1 km from the apartment. You can drive out to the beach and park. The grocery store and restaurants are 50 meters. Relax and enjoy the summer in this beautiful cottage. The house is located on a scenic ground (2400 squeare meters ) from which you can glimpse the sea and enjoy the sunset. The house is located very close to the dunes (2nd row). The walk to the beach is only about 15 min mostly through the dunes. If you prefer it is also possible to take the car and drive on the beach.
