Very nice apartment, only 3-5 minutes' walk from the old town. The apartment is very well equipped, the contact with Chiara super nice and helpful. Parking is easy to find in the area, most for a reasonable fee.

The apartment was very well maintained and clean. Sardinian specialties were ready for me at the reception, very delicious! Small terrace with furniture to chill out in the evening. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you need for self-catering. Washing machine and dishwasher are great. The bedroom is in the basement and the terrace can also be reached via stairs. The apartment was easily accessible by car and I was able to park in front of the property the whole time. A car is recommended to explore the beautiful surroundings and be flexible. In the village you can buy everything you need. Restaurants and pizzerias, as well as small bars and cafes are also provided. Also 2 gas stations. So, everything is there. Everything is fine, I can gladly recommend it.

The house was clean and tidy, in the historic center of Iglesias, a stone's throw from the cathedral. It's good for short stays, a great location to visit nearby.

We were impressed by the quality of the comminication with giacomo,who is responsive and attentive with his hosts. His mother was waiting for us,very warm , showing us everything in the house and not hesitating to drive us to a nearby pizzeria. What worries or questions,giacomo responds right away. In the house, fluffy towels are available, with piles of small touches for hosts, unusual, such as plastic plates/cups, or tea or coffee,or toothbrushes(in case we forgot our own). Very well equipped kitchen. We are 15 minutes from portoscuso and boat to go on strong calo. Good bedding .Bref ,I would highly recommend giacomo's accommodation.
