Great place for a big family gathering. Ample of room and lots of extra beds everywhere. Our family had a great time coming together here. Highly recommend and location is perfect

Much better than we imagined. Really love such a big villa with beautiful surroundings. The transportation was convenient and the household was friendly. It was a nice experience was such a reasonable price.

We had a great stay at Victor’s place! It’s perfect for those who enjoy outdoor cooking and relaxing by the water. While we didn’t manage to catch any fish, it was still a fun experience—just remember to bring your own fishing gear for the best results. The area is peaceful and great for a chill getaway. Getting a Grab was no issue, and we even managed to order GrabFood without any problems. Would definitely recommend for a quiet and cozy retreat.

Nice house n simple..love the surrounding only the TV in every rooms we did not know how to operate it .The rest were fine 🥰

Cynthia and team was very responsive and even had a chat to make sure I could reach them easily! There were a lot of eateries nearby and also all the amenities in the house allowed us to enjoy different types of activities within the same space. Great for team bonding as there are communal areas where we can have presentations and do table top games :) also, pleasantly surprised that it's so near to customs!! would definitely visit again if there's a chance, thank you team!!

Great place for big family gatherings with plenty of amentities available in the house to entertain different age groups. The pool table, huge karaoke lounge and the arcade gaming machine were indeed the hot favorites among the family not to mention the super big and spacious bathroom with bathtub! Host were responsive and location is super easy to get to everywhere. thumbs up.

The house is very spacious; our kids enjoyed themselves a lot with the swimming pool and all the indoor games. The bedrooms are more spacious too, with 2 double cots as shown and are very well maintained and very neat, with check-in and check-out. Sure will visit again. Our host Gilbert and his team are very responsible in replying to our queries.

Amazing Stay with Great Facilities! My friends and I had a fantastic experience at this homestay! The place was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with so many facilities that made the stay super comfortable. From a fully-equipped kitchen to relaxing common areas, everything was thoughtfully provided. The hosts were friendly and helpful throughout. Customer service was top-notch as not only were they responsive they too were willing to accommodate to us. Especially when one of us forgot our laptop charger, they helped us to safeguard it and subsequently catered time for us to go collect. Great overall experience—highly recommend for anyone especially large groups looking for a relaxing and convenient stay!

This villa was just perfect for the time we needed. With a two minutes walk to the beach and pool, and easy accessibility to the neighboring resorts for activities, was a major highlight. The restaurant recommendations were excellent. We had a great time.

great place for staycation

We sincerely appreciate the gracious hospitality and professional courtesies provided by our Super Hosts, Eren and Paul. They were very responsive to our requests and helped us rent a buggy at a discount to scoot around the resort and neighborhood for the duration of our 28-day stay. The villa is tranquil and it has nearly all the comforts of home for us. Just a short 5-minute drive away are 2 golf courses and a practice range. It is certainly a convenient location for us as golfers. Large modern shopping malls are located downtown, about a 45-minute drive one way depending on traffic. Here are some of our personal recommendations: Best seafood restaurant - Bale Bale Resto & Seafood Best food court - A2 Food Court Best shopping mall - Grand Batam Mall Economical car rental - Rental Mobil Batam / Willy Rent Car and Tour Service Batam Have a good time.
